Yes, there is a one year warrant which will cover any parts that are damaged or lost (not caused by humans). We will send spare parts for replacements and repairs.

Yes the electric and plumbing system will be installed in the home, however clients need to connect it to their own electric and water lines/septic.

Foundation is NOT included, client can arrange a concrete slab, concrete blocks or pier and beam. If you choose concrete blocks or pier and beams the distance will need to be 61.6 inches from each other. Total needed: 8

Yes they have 2 layers, first one is MGO board and the 2nd layer is a vinyl panel. Customers can add-on Glass wool insulation.

The container will be dropped off at your location, customers need to hire individuals + a crane to install the home on your own foundation. Customers will also need to hire someone to fold out the extendable cabins and kitchen installment. (this should all not take longer than 1 hour)
All homes are custom ordered, lead times will be 8-10 weeks (if it takes longer we will let you know.)
Out homes are custom made, the moment we receive your order 60% payment is due. The week before the delivery we will request the final payment.
